We ship to US domestic addresses only. Cold-chain packaging is used to preserve peptide integrity. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain requirements, all sales are final. We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged or that do not match the ordered specifications, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
